The project rely on the implementation of an advanced B2B platform, aimed at improvement, through the automation of information flow, business processes taking place as a result of cooperation between the proponent's enterprise and business partners. The platform will be equipped with series of modules and functionalities, which the most important of them will be the integration of a B2B system of special type of connectors with programs for designing and drawing ventilation installations. That means the opportunity of using products from Bh-Res offer by the designing installation partners already at the design stage, and as a consequence much faster exchange of information at the next stages of B2B cooperation. During individual business processes carried out in cooperation with partners (offering, ordering, order fulfillment, billing and complaints), communication will be improved and the flow of information will be automated, which in turn will lead to strengthening business cooperation and increasing the intensification of processes. Moreover will be implemented a tool, i.e. an application for optimizing the air-conditioning and ventilation infrastructure, made available as a service in the SaaS formula.
