The „BH-Res” company implements the Export Development Plan

During year 2012 the company "BH-Res" Mędrek i Wspólnicy Sp. J. was realizing an EU project entitled "Realization of the Export Development Plan as an opportunity for the development of export activities of BH-Res" under Measure 6.1 Passport to export of Priority Axis 6, Polish economy on the international market of the Operational Program Innovative Economy 2007-2013. The project will last until December 31, 2012 and it's realized in accordance with the application for co-financing No. WND-POIG.06.01.00-18-055/11.

The realization of the project is a response to the need of expand the group of recipients, increase the recognition of the BH-Res brand on already served foreign markets and new ones, as well as intensify business links with partners. Increasing the share of exports in sales will make a possibility to generate additional profit and moreover, to reinvest in the further development of BH-Res' activities, which will result in increased competitiveness on the internal market and an increase in the number of recipients.

JAccording to the assumptions of the project, the achievement of the set goals will be realized through the effective organization of the sales process and an efficiently promotional campaign aimed at reaching a wide range of potential recipients.

The activities that are the subject of the project will be carried out on the Russian market, as well as Ukrainian and Belarusian – where BH-Res is already present. The assumption is an increase the share of exports in sales performance as a result of starting operations on the Russian market and expanding past sales in Belarus and Ukraine.

The project involves activities related to the Applicant's participation in fair and exhibition events on the Russian, Belarusian and Ukrainian markets. In relation to that, in 2012, BH-Res will take part in the fairs of the installation industry held in Moscow, Minsk and Kiev.

The implementing of Export Development Plan will be realized by using activities related to:

-         - advising on financing export projects and export activities,

-         - consulting in the field of development the image concept of the entrepreneur on selected markets,

-         - participating in foreign fairs and exhibitions,

-         - searching and selection of partners in target markets through the purchase of databases and marketing research.

The planned result of the project will be gaining new sales markets and strengthening the competitive position on foreign markets currently served.
